Shipping policy

All orders are handprocessed and packed with care, and please allow [1–3] business days for your order to be prepared before it ships; orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is [3-5] business days for West Malaysia, [2-4] business days for East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak), these are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to weather, customs, or peak seasonal demand.

Shipping is charged at RM 20+ for West Malaysia and RM 10+ for East Malaysia, with free shipping on orders above RM300. We ship via J&T Express/ GDEX / Pos Laju / DHL, and once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery. Please note that delivery times do not include customs clearance, and any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Nipa syrup, salt, and tea are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration during transit, and each bottle is securely packed with protective cushioning to prevent breakage; if your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address — if you notice an error, contact us at researchteam@imhsb.com within 24 hours of placing your order so we can correct it before dispatch.
